The Limes Cottage

The Limes Cottage is a three-bedroom house sleeping five in Tinwell, a quiet village in Rutland. The whole place is yours alone, with private parking for one car on site. Inside, everything is newly refurbished and ready to use: electricity, wi-fi, bed linen and towels are all included, so you can arrive and settle straight in.

Downstairs there's a living room with Freeview TV, a dining room, and a kitchen fitted with electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. One single bedroom and a shower room are also on this floor. Upstairs, a kingsize bedroom and two further singles give flexibility for different group sizes. The back garden has a sitting-out area with furniture and a barbecue for outdoor meals. A welcome pack with breakfast essentials is provided on arrival.

Stamford and the wider Rutland area are within easy reach. The cottage does not accommodate hen or stag parties. No smoking throughout.
