The hotel is very nice. We were here during the heat wave and it was nice to have a temperature controlled hub to return to. Service was stellar! Donna is a pleasure to talk to and has a very infectious friendly energy about her. Location is very nice located next to a tram and bus stop, making for easy transport to the city center.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and the overall service was excellent. A special thanks to Siraj for his kindness, professionalism, and friendly attitude. He made my stay even more enjoyable with his outstanding hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

Here on business we have an office at exchange quays. Very convenient location. Rooms are fine breakfast was good. Decent coffee. Donna was great!
