⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Another fantastic stay at Green Hill Farm Holiday Village! From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was quick, smooth, and very efficient. This time we stayed in a pet-friendly 3-bedroom lodge, having previously stayed in one of the safari tents, and we were equally impressed. The lodge was spotlessly clean on arrival and exceptionally well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The site itself is peaceful, well maintained, and has a lovely friendly atmosphere. The staff are absolutely brilliant—always welcoming, helpful, and nothing ever seems too much trouble. A special mention has to go to Ember Bar & Restaurant. The food is excellent, with generous portion sizes, a great selection of drinks, and very reasonable prices. We ate there several times during our stay and thoroughly enjoyed every meal. Although we don’t have children with us, it’s clear there are plenty of activities and facilities to keep families entertained throughout their stay. The location is also ideal, with lots of local pubs, attractions, and charming towns just a short drive away. We genuinely love coming here and it’s become one of our favourite places to stay. We’re already looking forward to returning later in the year. Highly recommended!

We have recently returned from our 4 night stay at Green hill farm. we are a family of four, two adults and two children aged 6 & 3. Both our children are autistic and non verbal so we did a lot of research to find the right accommodation to suit their needs. We were not disappointed at Green hill farm, our children instantly felt relaxed from the moment they walked into the lodge. We had a parking space right outside our lodge, the lodge itself was spotless and lovely and modern. WiFi is free and we had no issues with connection, there is also a smart tv in the living room which is a bonus when your children will only watch certain programmes. The hot tub always felt hot and was cleaned regularly. Easy access to the new forest from the holiday park and we also enjoyed walking through the nature trail which is onsite. We didn’t eat at the restaurant so can’t comment on that but our children loved the play park right outside the restaurant. We bought breakfast from the breakfast van once during our stay and we would highly recommend, the food was very nice and was large portions. 10 minute drive from paultons park, we had a great day out there, would definitely recommend. Overall- we loved every minute of our stay and would highly recommend Green hill farm to young families, especially Sen families that are looking for a peaceful break that has everything you need. We will definitely be returning 😊

Just come back from a 4 night stay at Green Hill Farm Holiday Village, upon reaching our lodge, we found everything to be clean and tidy for us. The only thing we found was a glass jug that was very dirty, we put it in the dishwasher and it still wasn't clean. But everything else was great. The first night unfortunately for me was awful as the bed was very hard so I spent three hours trying to sleep, ended up with a migraine and went to sleep on the sofa. The second night we had to improvise as we didn't want to have to sleep separately the whole time so we took the mattresses from the small beds and took them to the living room and made a "floor bed" and I slept much better and my husband didn't haha so we switched sides for the last two nights and managed to actually sleep in the same bed finally. The throws on the sofas were what I chose to use as a blanket for the stay as I get too hot using a duvet, and they were fabulous. Very soft and cozy, heavy enough to stay warm, but not overheat. I ended up scouring the internet to find these throws, and finally found the same ones but a different colour and ordered it immediately. The location is beautiful. So so quiet and easy to relax there. Never used a hot tub before so in between all the rain we got some use out of it during our stay. It was lovely. Having access to streaming services we could log into was great as we enjoy watching YouTube videos in the evening. We paid extra for late checkout two days before we left. But sadly there seemed to have been some miscommunication somewhere along the process as, at 9:55am on the late checkout day we had 3 housekeeping staff, rattling the door handles and walking around the outside of our lodge, I told them we paid for late checkout and they said no one told them, and left. Thirty minutes later someone else showed up and tried the door handles, then left, and finally a little later on another housekeeping lady showed up, saw us in the kitchen and then left. So it was unfortunate that we were bothered, and felt rushed to leave even though we paid to be able to leave later. Everyone was very friendly and we felt welcomed upon check in. And I personally liked the option to text for assistance instead of calling. This helped massively with my social anxiety. We would absolutely visit again though. We hope to stay again when the weather is better as we didn't get a chance to go and explore because it was raining 99% of the time 😭 We look forward to staying here again soon. Emma and Zak

Absolutely amazing place to stay. As a solo traveling lady it’s important to be safe and comfortable with where you will be. I am a walker. So my safe space is paramount. I felt nothing but safe and peaceful. The bar staff are very friendly and welcoming. The reception staff also. The lodge was absolutely perfect. Thank you so much for a great solo holiday.
