Unlike the historic inns clustered around the Close, the Holiday Inn sits on the edge of Salisbury at Solstice Park, close to the junction of the A303 and A36 and only a short drive from Stonehenge itself. I came in for some food and, as someone with autism, I can sometimes find social situations a bit difficult. Jenna was absolutely amazing — really kind, patient, and made a big effort to help me feel comfortable and included, which I really appreciated. Reception could have been more helpful, but service in the restaurant was very fast and the chef can seriously cook. Overall, Jenna really stood out and made the experience a great one with interesting conversation and funny jokes. I really hope all floor staff receive tips as i will be back soon!

We had an amazing buffet breakfast earlier. We were non-residents, so can't include a review on a room. Staff were very helpful, very polite, and the bar and grill room was spotless, and very light and airy. The hot and cold food was of great choice, quality, quantity, and great value for money. I have just recommended you to our friends. Thank you for a very pleasant experience*****!!!!

We came for dinner as a family and had a wonderful experience. Jenny was very attentive throughout and absolutely amazing with our kids, making us feel really welcome and well looked after. She was friendly, professional, and a great role model in how she handled everything. We’d definitely book again and hope to be served by her next time.

Stayed here for one night and it was excellent. Very welcoming receptionist. Room was quiet and comfortable. Dinner was tasty and breakfast had a good selection to choose from.
