What visitors say
Large site, tidy and clean. The general pitches are a little on the small side for van and awning. Good park for kids. The park area gets noisy with them all playing, having fun, not an issue for us, but if you want more quiet get a pitch away from it. There is a dog walk, but the fenced off ball game area would be better as a dog run area, let them run off some energy. The shower/toilet blocks are a little dated but clean. Now the water- best water pressure anywhere I've ever been! I like a hot shower but the water temperature is dangerously hot! ..we have children with us 10-12 yrs. If they used the main showers it would scold them. Be careful if you have younger ones or are older. (Delicate skin) I do think a couple degrees lower would be safer and still v warm. There is a family room with temperature controls as is disabled. The disabled wash room seem adequate with handrails, seat and a bonus parking space outside. Is a pub next door you can walk to easily, very nice staff and food, dog friendly. Nice walk across the road through fields to the cliffs. Overall a nice site, enjoyed our stay, if was to return this way would use again

Really nice caravan and camping site. Well located for everything in the area. Nice friendly staff who do a great job keeping the place clean and well run. Bus stops at the entrance. Close to the Cinder track too for walking/cycling all the way to Whitby😅
