About Studley House Farm
Tucked away near Ebberston, Studley House Farm is a tiny, adults-only site with just a handful of spacious gravel pitches, each with its own water and electricity hookup. The shower and toilet facilities earn consistent praise for being spotlessly clean, while the peaceful atmosphere makes it a natural fit for walkers keen to explore the North Yorkshire Moors or the nearby coast around Scarborough.
Dogs are welcome year-round, and there's an easy stroll to a local pub serving decent food. The location strikes a useful balance—quiet enough to feel properly rural, yet handy for shops, cycle hire, and public transport. Some might find the gravel pitches a touch utilitarian, but the level ground and thoughtful layout more than compensate.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A fantastic stay at Studley House Farm We recently stayed at Studley House Farm and had a brilliant time. Andy was a great host ,very friendly, welcoming and always available if we had any questions or needed advice about the local area. The site is extremely well kept and spotless throughout. It’s clear that a lot of care and attention goes into maintaining it, which made for a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. The pitches are lovely and the whole site has a peaceful, well looked-after feel. The location is excellent too. There is a very friendly local pub only around a 10-minute walk away, either using the public footpath or walking through the village, which was ideal for a meal or a drink. A lovely, peaceful site with a great atmosphere, a helpful host and a perfect base for exploring the area. We would definitely return and highly recommend Studley House Farm. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We have just returned from a fantastic stay at Studley House Farm and can highly recommend it. From the moment we arrived, Andrew made us feel very welcome. He took the time to show us around, explain the site and recommend some excellent local walks and places to visit, which really helped us make the most of our stay. The location is superb, perfectly placed for exploring both the stunning North Yorkshire coast and the beautiful North York Moors. The village pub, The Grapes, is within easy walking distance and serves great food and drinks in a friendly atmosphere. The site itself is exceptionally clean, tidy and well maintained. The pitches are level and spacious, while the shower and toilet facilities were spotless throughout our stay. What we enjoyed most was the peace and tranquillity. There is plenty of wildlife around, and it's the perfect place to relax after a day of walking and exploring. A wonderful site, a great host and a fantastic location. We will definitely be returning and would happily recommend Studley House Farm to anyone looking for a peaceful base to explore North Yorkshire.

An absolutely fantastic site. Ideally situated for visiting local spots such as Pickering, Thornton le Dale, whitby, Helmsley. Lovely walking nearby, local pub, easily accessible. All pitches are level, have water and electricity and the facilities are spotless. The showers are free and you don't have to keep pressing a button 😊 Andy the owner is very friendly and helpful without being intrusive. Altogether a 5 star site which will definitely be revisiting.

I'm just back from a tranquil stay at Studley House farm. The site is well maintained, the facilities block was spotless, and the pitches are level and have their own water tap. Andrew, the owner, is friendly and helpful. Studley House Farm is located in the idyllic and peaceful village of Ebberston. There is a village pub, an art studio (that runs craft workshops), and a bus stop with buses to Pickering and Scarborough. Just a short drive is Dalby Forest, Yorkshire Water Park, Dalton le Dale, and Pickering. I was visiting the area for some parkrun tourism. There are two located only a 15 minute drive (Dalby Forest & Yorkshire Water Park) and another one 25 minutes away (Scarborough Woodlands). Whether you're looking for a creative, active, sightseeing, or relaxing break, Studley House Farm is well placed for this. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again in the future.
