I recently stayed at a lovely Heavenly Outlook in Scarborough with my mum, and we couldn’t have had a better experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed and at ease. The owner, Martin, is an exceptionally kind and intelligent man — you can tell he genuinely cares about his guests and puts great effort into making everyone’s stay comfortable and memorable. The place itself was spotless, cozy, and full of character. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, and it had a real home-from-home feeling! Beds were very comfortable and shower was very good, complimentary tea and coffee is the room was a nice touch. Location is absolutely great, 10-15 minutes walking to all major attractions. Martin was always happy to offer helpful advice on places to visit and eat, and his recommendations were spot on. His warmth and conversation added a really personal touch to our stay, and my mum and I felt truly looked after. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here!

A stunning sea view location with a clean and stylish nautical bedroom; and a very comfy bed. The hosts are weloming and friendly, and go the extra mile to make sure you feel at home; even providing delicious complimentary cake to have with drinks in our lovely 'room with a view'. Thank you for everything Martin and Theresa - we will most definitely be back to Heavenly Outlook in the near future.

The owner is super nice, a really outstanding experience. Nice room and great location. A private car park is a big advantage. We'll definitely book again when in the area.

Whilst the owner when he met us advised the property was a working progress, I would advise he considers doing the work before he continues to let as a b&b - the public areas are very tired and smelt extremely musty, there was no lights on the stairs that led to the bedrooms so dangerous when coming in at might. The outside of the building really does need smartening up. The bedroom we stayed in whilst was ok was very noisy due to being on the road and was only single glazed, every thing was tired and needed upgrading smartening up also. This all lets the place down as it is in a fantastic location
