We had an amazing stay at Leeway Hotel in Scarborough. The room was very cozy, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view over the bay was absolutely stunning, especially at sunrise. The location is perfect — close to the castle and the town centre, but still peaceful and relaxing. The traditional English breakfast was delicious every morning. The owner is incredibly warm and welcoming and creates such a lovely homely atmosphere. We especially appreciated the soft background music around the building and during breakfast — it made the mornings feel extra special. We truly had a wonderful time and would happily stay here again.

An absolute delight to find this hotel! I felt very pleased with the hard work Zsuzsanna and Kevin put into The Leeway, it is paying off! The room was as good as any budget hotel chain (and that includes the super pillows and quilt!) the little touches such as coffee maker, mini fridge and curtain tie backs make a difference. The location offered sea views across the gorgeous North Bay. The full English breakfast was of a very good standard, and again Zsuzsanna, thank you for making me feel most welcome! See you next time!

Lovely little hotel. Clean and decent furniture in room. The best part was the mini fridge, love having a little fridge in the room! Bed was comfy, with pristine white bedding. Would definitely return. Perfect sea view too.
