So it is dated, with various stains on the carpet but it was clean. The staff were lovely, the breakfast was good and with a small investment in the decor (throughout) it could work. I wouldn't describe it as a hotel, but it is not a doss house either. Would I stay here again? We'll I wouldn't take my wife but for a simple cheap option to get your head down, it is perfectly fine.

Really nice hotel ,shame lift is out of order(we were on top floor😱) . Greeted by lovely staff rooms nice and clean towels provided and toiletries. Lovely views of Scarborough. Bar is quite big and there is beer garden at front. I really enjoyed my stay . We will definitely be back .

Well what can I say ?? Staff was very friendly & helpful.... But what a shock when we got in the room thou the price was cheap so suppose you get what you pay for.They are very run down and very dated but very spacious food was nice no complaints with that... Toilet horrendous when flushing and sometimes awful smell,they was plenty of tea coffee and sugar in the room and kettle beds are comfortable too. Shower didn't work too good BUT the view was beautiful 😍 free WiFi which is also good .......would we stay again NO 🥺

Hotel's a bit dated and dilapidated but that's why it's cheap. Rooms are spacious but in desperate need of refurbishment. Staff were brilliant though, very friendly and chatty, food was lovely and the bar has a good atmosphere when busy.
