Foulden Hill Farm Cottage works well for small families or couples wanting countryside peace with coastal access. The whole property is yours alone, set within 200 acres of working farmland threaded with walking routes. A king bed and two singles sleep four, with a bathroom on the ground floor and a separate living and dining space. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking—oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine—and you get Wi-Fi, heating, bed linen and towels included. One car can park on site.

Five miles south lies Eyemouth village with its sandy beach and grey seals. St Abbs, with a harbour and nature reserve, sits under 10 miles away, while Coldingham Bay and Berwick-upon-Tweed are similarly close. The waters here are clear and popular for diving, and boat trips are readily available. Walking begins from the cottage door, looking toward the Cheviot Hills. Edinburgh is an hour's drive, or take the train from Berwick station, just 10 minutes' drive. A shop and pub are 3 miles away. The cottage does not allow smoking.
