Haven Cottages - Haven Lodge

Haven Lodge sits on one level, a compact layout that opens directly into an open-plan living, dining and kitchen space with views toward the horizon. The double bedroom and bathroom are off to the side, with a study area tucked into the design. Everything is accessible without stairs, and you're seconds from the golden sands of Coldingham Bay—the sort of proximity that makes stepping outside feel like the main event of any day.

The kitchen has an electric oven, hob and microwave for self-catering, alongside a washing machine and fridge. A wood-burning stove, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are all provided. Out front, a small garden with seating looks toward the water, and there's parking for one car on site. Smoking is not permitted indoors.

The location puts you within reach of the Coastal Path, which connects to St Abbs village with its harbour cafes and nature reserve; Coldingham village, with its pubs and independent shops, is just over a mile away. Berwick-upon-Tweed and the Northumbrian coast are accessible for day trips. The beach and coastal walking are the natural draws here.
