What visitors say
Went to see Spiderman for the 19.10 viewing, of it wasn't for the fact I had promised my nephew I would take him to see it, I would of walked out and asked for my money back. The heat was horrendous. On leaving you could see people sweating, their hair wet!! I left the film at one point to complain, I was told that someone was on the roof to see if they could fix it and sent emails about the issue. I also found out I had family members that had been there earlier and they were complaining about the unbearable heat! I work in a garden centre and have dealt with extreme heat at work for weeks now and the heat in the cinema tonight was unbearable.

Went to see Taylor Swift Eras concert. Easy to book tickets online (although all the merchandise had sold out the night before we attended). Staff were absolutely lovely and really accommodating. Very helpful. Special shout out to Lauren who was working Sunday 15/10 at 4.30pm, she was so understanding and explained everything for me and my autistic daughter - couldn't praise her enough for her helpfulness. The cinema was very clean and the chairs on the front row were brilliant! They reclined! We were told we could have our phones on due to it being a concert special. Cannot fault. And would definitely return. *Returned to see a childs film with a 6 year-old and he had a great time and really enjoyed the experience.

No issues with the cinema... car park is beyond a joke. We were a little early for the movie, popped across the road to go to the shop before entering the cinema. Parking fine arrived as i was seen parking and walking away. Provided proof that had valid tickets for that day and time, told it doesn't matter. An empty car park, a deserted cinema... i wonder why? Sort it out and you might get some customers through the door.

Great cinema but won’t be back. Took my disabled daughter and toddler in car seat and got a parking fine as one rear tire touched the white line. Firms ruining businesses for the companies they work for, for trivial infringements of their rules. Not even very wide to allow a door to be open to get babies/ toddlers out if a car parks next to them

Visitors say this cinema offers comfortable, reclining seats with ample legroom and good sound quality. They also highlight the friendly staff and the overall clean facilities.
Some reviews mention parking can be difficult due to strict rules.
