What visitors say
Seems to be a popular place to visit! A lovely park for a stroll in the warm sunshine and a wonderful well kept beach too. Plenty of space for a lawned or beach picnic. There's a good cafè next to the carpark. The tower (a folly) is worth the £1.50p entrance fee if only for the view. Clean public toilets are also available.

Very beautiful in the sunshine and overlooks the beach. It has a lovely children's play park. Appleby Tower is £1.50 to go to the top but inside is a spiral glass sided staircase so I didn't fancy going up that.

Both appley beach and ryde beach are side by side. Nice place to visit and kids will enjoy. There is plenty of place to play
