Nathan the new owner has turned this hotel around, he’s definitely improved the rooms with total refurbishments. Had a fantastic stay, bed comfortable and very clean and tidy room. Bathroom recently refurbished, great shower water pressure. TV with Netflix, good to have this as many don’t have it. Only gripe was no milk in the room, easy fixed by asking for it. Beds was very comfortable and clean and a very smart room. Nathan and staff couldn’t do more to help, very friendly and very good prices and cheaper if you book directly! Thank you 🤩

I stayed here for a few nights with my friends & we had a really great time. The atmosphere was friendly, welcoming, & felt just like home. The hotel is still being renovated & improved, but you can already see how much effort the new owner is putting into making it a fantastic place to stay. Appreciated… Our room was spacious, clean, & very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, always smiling, & ready to help whenever we needed anything. You can tell everyone genuinely cares about the guests experience. Wishing the team all the bestI look forward to staying here again if i come that side again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at Staindrop Lodge Hotel for three nights. The rooms were clean, big, comfortable, and well maintained, making my stay very relaxing. The biggest highlight was the staff—they were all welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help. The new owner, Nathan, is a genuinely friendly and approachable person who clearly cares about his guests and the hotel. His hospitality made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. Thank you to Mr. Nathan and the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Staindrop Lodge Hotel to anyone visiting the area and will happily stay here again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic Stay at Staindrop Lodge Hotel I had an excellent stay at Staindrop Lodge Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The rooms were exceptionally clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. A special mention goes to Nathan, the manager, who was welcoming, professional, and clearly takes great pride in ensuring guests have a wonderful experience. Ellie and Kloe on reception was also fantastic—friendly, helpful, and always happy to assist with any questions. Couldn’t ask for a better receptionist. The hotel is located in a gorgeous village with plenty of character, and it’s ideally situated with pubs, shops, and local amenities just a short walk away. Having free parking on-site was another huge bonus and made everything even more convenient. Overall, a wonderful hotel with excellent staff, spotless and spacious rooms, and a great location. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would happily recommend Staindrop Lodge Hotel to friends and family.
