About The Garrison Hotel
Housed within the former Hillsborough Barracks, The Garrison Hotel occupies a distinctive 19th-century military building that has been converted into a 43-room hotel. The scale and character of the original structure remain part of the appeal, giving the property a solid, historic presence rather than the feel of a standard city-centre chain.
Rooms come with drinks provided, and guests have access to a restaurant and bar on site, along with breakfast each morning. A lift serves the building's floors, and there's a garden for those who want to step outside. Free WiFi is available throughout, and luggage storage is on hand for early arrivals or late departures. The hotel also operates as a wedding venue, making use of its distinctive setting for functions and celebrations.
Free on-site parking is provided, a practical bonus in this part of Sheffield. The Hillsborough Barracks location gives easy access to the surrounding area, making it a straightforward base for exploring the city without needing to rely on public transport.
