I booked a laser tag party for my son's 11th birthday party. It was June 27th and an exceptionally hot day. There was no air con inside, which made it a bit uncomfortable for the kids and staff. However, the staff Maneekah and Kane were exceptional. They went above and beyond to help. Without asking she offered to put cake and treats for goody bags in the fridge. They made sure the drinks were constantly topped up. They were pleasant and great with the kids. The party ran on time. Food came out quick and the pizzas were very good quality. I ordered an extra two as I thought 9 boys would need a bit more. They gave me everything I needed to light and cut the cake, always on hand to help. These girls definitely earned their money on this hot day and never once complained or weren't attentive because of it. A credit to the laser tag team. The boys were allowed to pick a name or there own to play under and the score board was displayed on the wall in reception. You could also watch TV screens of them playing in there too. I think a couple of the jackets stopped working towards end so may need maintenance but overall they had a great time. Thanks again for a memorable birthday 🎈🎂

I booked here for my son's 11th birthday, and I am so glad I did he had the most amazing evening with all his friends! The hosts were Dan and Anna and I couldn't fault them in anyway! They made the whole experience brilliant and nothing was to much trouble, and handled 22 kids brilliantly, all kids including mine went home very happy and still talking about the night now! Thank you guys can't wait to come back!

25/8/25 1pm. Our party was booked for 12 children the lady that was there on her own did an amazing job of dealing with the children, cooking the pizzas, handing the counter and dealing with any questions the parents had. She remained calm and professional through it all.

Absolutely superb birthday party choice. £16 a person for 2 rounds, decent pizza, and ice cream to finish. Kept a bunch of 10 year olds happy for a couple of hours with minimal input. Staff were absolutely superb and made things very easy for us, and made sure the kids were having a great time. Yeah, it’s in a bit of a run down building but who cares?! Definitely will be returning.
