What diners say
I had an amazing cocktail experience thanks to his (JAMIE) kindness and service. My friend came because there was a drink she really wanted to try, but I couldn’t decide what to order because everything looked so good. Jamie’s recommendation was fantastic and absolutely amazing. I’ll definitely be thinking about this place again. Thank you so much today, Jamie!

My friend and I visited this week, and we had a great time. The bartender is a wizard. Truly amazing cocktails, friendly service, and the sliders we got were really good as well.

Tucked away down a side street in London, is one of those rare places you almost don’t want to tell anyone about because it feels like you’ve stumbled onto a secret. From the moment I walked in, every single member of the staff made me feel welcome. As a solo traveler, that meant more than they probably realize. Within minutes, it felt less like sitting at a bar and more like spending the evening with friends I’d somehow known forever. The cocktails were fantastic, the music was spot on, and the atmosphere struck that perfect balance between lively and relaxed. It has such a unique crowd and an energy that’s impossible to fake. I used to bartend myself, so I couldn’t resist asking if I could show the bartender a shaker technique a famous mixologist had taught me once. He politely told me it was against policy, but after I jokingly pestered him enough, (I was on drink #2 and the confidence was rolling in) he finally handed me shakers filled with water and ice so I could show him anyway. If he caught any grief for indulging a former bartender for thirty seconds, he absolutely shouldn’t have. That tiny moment perfectly summed up what made the night so memorable. He knew how to connect with his guests while still being professional, and those genuine interactions are what people remember long after they’ve forgotten what they ordered. London has no shortage of bars, but this one has heart. Great drinks, incredible staff, unforgettable atmosphere, and the kind of place you’ll find yourself thinking about long after you’ve flown home. I can’t wait to come back. Thank you to the owners, managers, bartenders, and all of the staff for creating a place where a solo traveler could walk in feeling like a stranger and leave feeling like a friend. That’s something truly special, and it’s a credit to every one of you.

Lee isn’t just a bartender they’re a full-blown cocktail wizard. Every drink is made with ridiculous precision, effortless flair, and the kind of confidence that makes you think, “Yep, I’m in very safe hands here.” Whether it’s a perfectly balanced Old Fashioned (honestly, the best I’ve had) or something completely off-menu tailored to your mood, Lee absolutely nails it every single time. What really sets them apart is the combination of skill and personality. Super knowledgeable without ever being pretentious, quick with a recommendation, and somehow able to run a packed bar while still making you feel like you’re the VIP of the night. The attention to detail is unreal from the garnish to the glassware to the way the drink is presented. You can tell Lee genuinely cares about the craft. The speed, the consistency, the creativity it’s next level. Watching them work is half the experience. Outstanding drinks. Outstanding service. Absolute legend behind the bar. 🍸👏
