Dinos Alive: An Immersive Experience

We have used Immersive Experiences several times over the last few years at Falcon Junior School and have always had an amazing time. The children thoroughly enjoy their visits to the planetarium and are able to consolidate and extend their understanding of space. The planetarium visit is always one of their highlights of the year. Thank you for another amazing day and we will be looking to book for next year!

Carys visited our Brownie Holiday to deliver a highly educational yet engaging afternoon of space-themed fun. Everyone I spoke with at Immersive Experiences was brilliant from the start. Carys took the time to phone me ahead of the booking to answer my questions and make sure we were getting the most out of our booking. The addition of space suits to try on and pieces of rock to hold went down really well. Nearly every girl fed back that it was their favourite part of the whole event. If we ever have need for another planetarium experience, I wouldn't hesitate to use Immersive Experiences again. Absolutely 10 out of 10.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Zee, who delivered an exceptional planetarium dome experience that exceeded all expectations. From the very first interaction, Zee demonstrated professionalism, organisation, and a genuine passion for what they do, which immediately put me at ease. The experience itself was nothing short of incredible. The dome setup was immersive, engaging, and clearly delivered with a high level of technical expertise. What really stood out, however, was Zee’s dedication to ensuring everything ran smoothly and that every detail was thoughtfully considered. It wasn’t just about providing a service—it was about creating a memorable and impactful experience for everyone involved. Zee truly went above and beyond at every stage. They were incredibly helpful, responsive, and flexible, always willing to adapt to our needs and offer guidance where needed. No request ever felt like too much trouble, and their proactive approach meant that potential challenges were addressed before they could even arise. This level of care and commitment is rare and made a significant difference to the overall success of the experience. In addition to their technical skills, Zee brought warmth, enthusiasm, and a positive energy that made working with them an absolute pleasure. They have a natural ability to connect with people and create an environment that is both professional and welcoming. It’s clear that they take great pride in their work and genuinely care about delivering the best possible outcome. I would highly recommend Zee to anyone looking for a high-quality, engaging planetarium experience. Their expertise, reliability, and willingness to go the extra mile set them apart, and I would not hesitate to work with them again in the future.

Immersive experience were flawless from start to finish. The dome itself was excellent along with all the activities. The staff member on the day was incredibly supportive of our pupil's needs and personalised each session throughout the day accordingly. Overall a fantastic experience.
