We had our wedding at Wroxeter Hotel in March and honestly couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day. From the very beginning, when we attended an open day in January 2025, we completely fell in love with the venue. There were a few beautiful options to choose from, but The Woodlands at Wroxeter really stood out to us — it was everything we had imagined for our special day. In the months leading up to the wedding, our coordinator Kaya was absolutely amazing. We had regular meetings to go through all the details, and she made the entire process feel so easy and stress-free. Every little detail was carefully thought through, which took away any worries we had. On the day itself, everything ran so smoothly. Kaya and the team had everything under control, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy every moment with our family and friends. All the staff were incredible — so attentive and friendly, and they truly couldn’t do enough for us or our guests. The food was another highlight — absolutely amazing! We were blown away by both the quality and the generous portion sizes. Our guests are still talking about how lovely it was, along with how beautiful the venue is. We were also incredibly lucky with the weather, which really was the cherry on top of a perfect day. We can’t thank the team at Wroxeter Hotel enough for making our wedding so special — we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stunning venue with exceptional service.

Can you picture this,a Sunday afternoon tea with delicious sandwiches, lovely cakes and scones.1940's tea set with some Glen Miller playing in the background. All we needed was a spitfire flying up above. Its a nice setting inside the hotel with some nice decking to relax on outside. The young girl who looked after us was great,I think she was the receptionist, waitress and everything else rolled into one. Apart from the conservatory's you don't see much of the Hotel or the history of the hotel which is a shame.Even though there was a wedding on the day seemed a bit flat somehow.

We stayed here for a friend's wedding. Our issue was not the venue itself, it was with the room. For £155 per night (discounted for being part of the wedding party!), it was very basic, tiny and tatty, felt like a 1980's time capsule. The TV was no more than a small computer monitor with an attachment that acted as some kind of booster, didn't work, TV was unwatchable, not ideal if you wanted to catch the footy! Couldn't open the windows on a stiflingly hot evening either, which led to a very poor night sleep. The place is in dyer need of a refurbished. Tried to phone down to reception only to find the old telephone handset was dead, when I went to reception, I waited for 10 minutes and nobody came. We enjoyed the day as a whole, the setting is stunning, however, the room was disappointing and didn't reflect the price, not even close.
