A large open-plan kitchen and dining space leads through to the sitting room and out onto a south-facing garden with terrace, furniture and barbecue facilities.

The kitchen is equipped for cooking at scale, with two electric ovens and hobs, two dishwashers, and full larder storage. The property comes with wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Guests have shared access to a heated indoor swimming pool (bookable for exclusive use) and a hard tennis court on the wider estate grounds. There is private parking on site.

The barn sits on a 2,000-acre estate where you are welcome to walk. A local pub is within walking distance. The property does not permit smoking.
