Dinney Farm - The Rookery

Nine beds means no negotiating over bathrooms. Downstairs, the living room and dining area form the social core, with a games room separate if anyone needs quiet or wants to play. The kitchen is set up for cooking at scale—electric oven, two dishwashers, microwave, fridge-freezer—so groups can eat together without spending the whole break cooking.

Bedrooms range from doubles to twin configurations, with zip-and-link beds in several rooms offering flexibility for different group compositions. All have en-suites with shower cubicles. Bed linen, towels, wi-fi and electricity are included. The house has underfloor central heating and sits on grounds with parking, a patio and garden furniture. One dog is welcome.
