Grove Sprightly Barn is a detached house in rural Shropshire near Dinchope, sleeping 12 across six bedrooms and three bathrooms. All rooms are on the ground floor: six bedrooms include a double with ensuite, a further double, and four rooms with single or bunk beds. The three bathrooms have baths with showers. Two separate kitchens and two living areas mean multiple spaces for cooking and gathering, one with a woodburner and television.

The kitchen equipment covers everyday cooking—electric cookers, dishwashers, fridges and microwaves—while a utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer. Bed linen and wifi are included. Outside, there is parking on site, garden furniture and a barbecue. The nearest shop and pub are 2 miles away. Smoking is not permitted.

The location suits groups interested in walking and exploring the wider area. Offa's Dyke and Clun are close by for routes on foot. Medieval Ludlow with its listed buildings, Bishops Castle and Knighton lie within reach, as do fishing, horse riding and golf available locally. The Welsh borders and Shrewsbury are accessible for day trips.

The location and views were great. The accomodation itself not so much. The internet was really poor, only could use internet in one room. Data connection didn't work. The kitchen didn't have basic things like salt and pepper. The accommodation had too much furniture that it was quite cluttered. If they overhaul the place then it will be a really lovely place to stay.

At night the heat goes out and the water in the cup freezes.

90s themed accommodation. Superb place to chill with your mates and reminisce about your glory days!

Great location, especially if you need an escape from the city, the house is huge with plenty of rooms and space to relax, it is a bit outdated, furniture and appliances, unfortunately for us the wi fi didn't worked at all, and the reception there is 0, you can't use your phone / mobile data. Cost wise, i think the rent is ok. With all of this said, i didn't dislike it. Perhaps, i will be more than happy to visit it another time.
