Stoke Court Farm Barn sits on 200 acres between Clee Hill and Brown Clee Hill, six miles from Ludlow's castle, half-timbered streets and independent restaurants. The converted stone barn retains original beams and stable walls, divided across two floors with five bedrooms and four bathrooms, sleeping up to 14. A ground-floor wet room with grab rails and emergency pull cord serves guests with mobility needs, and level tarmac access leads to the main entrance.
Ground floor holds a living and dining room with smart TV and wood-burning stove, a kitchen fitted with oven, cooker, dishwasher and washing machine, plus two bedrooms—one double with ensuite, one with two singles and the accessible wet room. Upstairs are three more bedrooms: a super kingsize with ensuite, a double, and a twin. Beds, towels, heating, electricity and wifi are included; cots, high chairs and extra z-beds are available if needed.
The property opens onto an enclosed garden with patio, barbecue and furniture, and guests can use a paddock for soft games. The farm includes a 17th-century formal garden with viewing mound and a sensory garden. Ludlow itself offers heritage walks, food markets and riverside walks; Secret Hills Discovery Centre lies nearby for rainy days. Families and couples only; there is an unfenced pond in the grounds.

A beautiful barn cottage stay for a peaceful farm stay, away from all noise and crowds of a city life.

We had a really lovely stay at Stoke Farm Barn for Eurovision weekend! The house is a converted barn on a working farm. It feels like it's in the middle of nowhere, down a twisty-turny road, but that's part of the charm. Ludlow, with two large supermarkets, is just a ten minute drive if needed. The house had everything you could need - it was clean, had many good sized rooms (including a large, three bed dormitory annex - good for kids), lots of spacious bathrooms. Internet access was good and stable. There were lots of quirky features that added to the appeal - such as the head height beam in one of the rooms! Luckily, well sign-posted :) Importantly for us it was also accessible, with a downstairs room and facilities. Well considered. Definitely recommended for a quiet break.

Lovely cottage with ample space and accomodation. The owners are lovely and very helpful. Great for a relaxing break, but be prepared for the single track roads!

The kids had a lovely time with the sheep and cows just the other side of the fence. Nice paddocked area they could play on with mature apple and pear trees. Was glad to see a strong storage boiler, meant we had great water pressure all round, a big bug bear of other places I've used in the past. Really nice views of the countryside and hills from the living room. Really Useful accessible ground floor bedroom, that was great for my mum. Some of the furniture maybe mismatched but it was all clean and functional for our needs of a cosy bolt hole in the country. Phone reception only outside but had great reliable WiFi and nice big TV. Good functional kitchen with all the appliances you need, perhaps a little small for some, but we found it useful for our needs with a very large dining table available in the main living area. Plenty of car parking spaces. Mrs Wightman and her son were very friendly, helpful and welcoming, well done to them. Would highly recommend for big families looking for a cosy holiday home in a beautiful part of the country. Tesco/Sainsbury's etc and petrol stations all within 10 mins drive from cottage. Major attractions are all within easy reach. I personally really loved the amazing views from Cleehill with various parking/picnic spots enroute. Lovely property and part of the country to definitely visit.
