We were worried the pool would be crowded because it's high season, but not everyone is in the water at the same time and spread out between the pool areas. It's been lovely both times we've been. We arrived 30 mins early and had no problems finding seating. Staff have been friendly and answered any and all questions sincerely, pricing is reasonable for everything from tickets, hot drinks to goggles. They have some pool rules I've not come across before, like no goggles with noses, but we were not made to feel guilty about it, they respectfully informed us that those goggles can't be worn here so we went to change goggles, easy peasy. Exceedingly impressed with how nice a few hours here can be and I would sincerely recommend it, book in advance if you can.

First time and absolutely excellent. Nice warm water, excellent pools and facilities. Great little cafe shop, play area and football area. The kids loved it. Really friendly staff. A great time by all. Thank you so much 😀

We love swimming here and regularly visit from Horsham. Plenty of space to sun bathe, picnic and relax. Always clean and well run. Good but basic facilities. Stunning views of the castle. What's not to like?
