First impression on arrival is that 6 smokers a foot away from entrance not very pleasant. Sound proofing is terrible, guests are totally inconsiderate to other guests. Some couple having a night away and they were up all night with tv on and shouting over the tv/radio. Food in the corridor from previous night all over the floor and was reported and still was there and guest just walking into carpet. I totally do not recommend staying here. Pillows are just rubbish. So I got my own back, 3am I had to get up TV on full blast/banging the bathroom now that’s a treat for them….lol a full 45 minutes worth.

The rooms were spotless, modern, and very well-designed. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, providing a perfect night's sleep after a long day of travel. 😴💤 I was also impressed by the soundproofing—despite being in a busy area, the room was remarkably quiet. I am Tanveen cabin crew with Airindia. I did a long flight and had a layover in London. After checking in into my room I found out my suitcase trolley zip is broke down. I request hotel staff to rectify this issue of mine. There staff from maintenence named Ankush helped me with his great skills and his patient nature. I’d like to sincerely thank the housekeeping staff Sakshi at the hotel for her kind and professional behavior. She was pleasant and respectful. She greeted me with a smile, was polite and courteous, and made me feel genuinely welcome. It’s clear that she care about guest comfort and has willingness to help.
