The Quantock Hills rise around this part of Somerset, designated as the country's first Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Bincombe Country Cottages occupy the quieter edges near Over Stowey, with walking and cycling routes threading through the surrounding landscape. The north Somerset coast lies within reach, and Exmoor National Park is accessible for day trips.
Bluebell is a three-bedroom cottage built in 2021, sleeping up to six guests with a private hot tub and enclosed gardens front and back. On the ground floor are three bedrooms: one with a super king bed that can split into singles and an en-suite shower, plus two further king bedrooms. Upstairs is an open-plan living space with kitchen and dining area, and a separate bathroom with bath and walk-in shower. The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking—electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave—with French doors opening onto a balcony. One dog is welcome at no extra cost. Essentials including electricity, heating, wi-fi, bed linen and towels are provided.
You have exclusive use of the whole property and private parking for three cars. An electric car charging point is available on-site at additional cost. No smoking indoors. Travel cots and highchairs can be requested in advance.

My family recently stayed at the Foxglove Cottage (part of Bincombe Cottages) and it was the loveliest place to relax together. The accommodation is well designed and the amenities made it really easy to travel with a baby and a dog. Highly recommend!

My family stayed at these beautiful cottages for a family event. Very clean and of high spec . Nice touch of cupcakes and a bottle of bubbly from the host (Jackie) that was left for my niece who had a big birthday. Nothing was too much for Jackie, we had a warm welcome and would highly recomend these cottages. We would definately book again without any hesitation.

We absolutely loved our stay at Primrose Cottage! It’s a beautiful upside-down house with the most incredible views, truly something special. The home itself was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing break. Jackie, our host, was wonderful and baked the most amazing cakes at a very reasonable price... such a lovely touch! You can also order homely hot meals, which sounded delicious (we’ll definitely try them next time). The hot tub was a fantastic bonus, perfect for soaking while enjoying the scenery. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend Primrose Cottage to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable getaway!
