Quantock Hideaway

Quantock Hideaway comes ready for immediate comfort: bed linen and towels are provided, the heating and utilities are covered, and everything you need to cook is in place—electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge and freezer. The bedroom holds a four-poster kingsize bed, and there's a shower room with cubicle shower. A living and dining room with Freeview TV, DVD player and CD player occupies the rest of the ground floor, so there are no stairs to manage.

Outside, an enclosed garden with patio and garden furniture surrounds the property, and a hot tub is ready for use. Parking is on site. The cottage suits two people and is yours alone during your stay. Smoking is not permitted.

The Quantock Hills offer serious walking territory, with gentle countryside and clear routes through farmland. Kilve beach, famous for fossil hunting, is four miles away. The Somerset coast—Burnham, Minehead and Watchet—lies within reach, as does Exmoor National Park with its cliff railway, valleys and waterfalls. Wells Cathedral and the Bishop's Palace are a short drive, as are Taunton and Street's Clarks Village. Shops and a food-serving pub sit 1.5 miles away.
