Canon Court Farmhouse stands on a working dairy farm, surrounded by open countryside two miles from Sherborne. The modern farmhouse is yours alone, with six bedrooms and three bathrooms spread across two floors. Five rooms have double beds; the sixth has two singles. One bedroom has its own ensuite shower, and two further bathrooms serve the rest of the house. Downstairs there is a living room with Freeview TV, a separate dining room, and a kitchen equipped for cooking—electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave and all the basics. A fenced garden with patio, furniture and barbecue overlooks the surrounding fields.
Bed linen, towels, heating and Wi-Fi are included. You have private parking on site. A pub lies within a mile's walk, and the village has shops and amenities within easy reach. Sherborne itself is two miles away, with a mainline railway station for London connections. The Dorset coast—Lulworth Cove, Weymouth and their beaches—is a straightforward drive. Bath, Longleat and local leisure like fishing and golf are all within reasonable distance. The property does not permit smoking. One well-behaved pet is welcome.

Just come back from a holiday here, three generations ranging from 6 - 80 years. We had a brilliant time. Very clean and spacious and comfortable with every amenity you need. The kids loved the cows next door. We visited a local pub which was really good, and there is a shop not far away. There are plenty of places to visit in the locality. We noticed the owners had obviously read previous reviews and several things are now there, like a garden umbrella and hairdryer. It is an old building so obviously there are some issues, like the floorboards which can't be helped. We couldn't fault this place and had a really good time with lots of memories made.
