The Wrens is a ground-floor bungalow built for accessibility without sacrificing comfort. Everything happens on one level: an open-plan kitchen and dining area flowing into a generous living space, two double en-suite bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two singles), and direct access to a patio and garden. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking proper meals, and there's a television in the living area for quieter evenings.
The property includes wi-fi, bed linen, towels and heating, with parking for two cars on site. One dog can stay free of charge. At the back, a patio garden offers a place to sit outside. On the same grounds is an indoor heated swimming pool (12m by 6m, open 09:00 to 19:00) with changing and shower facilities, shared with other guests using the farm.
The cottage sits near Stoke St. Gregory, a quiet village within reach of Somerset's larger attractions: Wells cathedral, Glastonbury Tor, Cheddar Gorge and Wookey Hole caves are all a short drive away, and the Somerset Levels offer walking routes across flatter countryside. No smoking indoors.

I stayed in ln the Swallows cottage with my work colleague for 3 nights and we were both very impressed with the cleanliness and hospitality at the property, we’ve worked all over the country and this was by far the best place we’ve stayed, and it has a great hot tub to top it off, Emily is a lovely Host and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect so thankyou from us both.😁

We stayed in the granary cottage this year very nice cosy , clean, comfortable bed , liz made a lovely Victoria sponge, which was waiting for us on arrival in fridge, very delicious, we liked to say a big thank you to liz & rob the owners. Sorry we won’t be able to come there again . Love .Carol and George .x

Just stayed here (in the Granary) for a week with my other half and 3 young children. Stoke St Gregory is a nice village and it's a good location for Taunton, Wells and Glastonbury etc. The local wetlands place was worth a visit too. The cottage was good, very roomy. It creaked a bit upstairs but what do you expect for an old building. Always nice and warm. Beds a little soft and spongy for my liking but comfortable (needs a pocket sprung!). Pool and hot tub were excellent, we used it privately every morning of the stay. Great games room too. Would look to come back again with extended family. Thanks Rob and Liz. (The fresh cream sponge cake was lovely too)
