Great find this gem of a B&B just outside Taunton. Julie and Mike are perfect host's, made us very welcome from the moment we arrived.We only stayed one night but wish it was longer. Lovely spacious room, large very comfy double bed. Plenty of Tea,Coffee, Chocolate drinks and bottled water. Nice large bathroom with plenty of clean soft towels and soaps etc supplied. Full English Breakfast was cooked by Julie to perfection as you can see in the photo with plenty of Toast, proper English Butter and Jams etc. Plentiful Tea and Coffee and fresh Orange Juice plus a great selection of Cereals and Yoghurt. Although this B&B is just off the Motorway you would never know, very peaceful and quiet set in the grounds of a nursery with a paddock and some farm animals to look at. If ever down that way again I would definitely recommend a stay here. 💯

Julie and Mike are one of the loveliest couples I’ve met. I‘d never stayed in someone’s home B&B before and wasn’t sure how it would be but they are the kindest, sweetest people who made me feel really welcome and at home. I came down late at night and was allowed to check in at 10pm. Breakfast was really good, amazing sausages! The room had everything I needed and wasn’t very much money when you compare to other hotels/B&B’s perfect for me visiting family down the road and being on my own. Would definitely come back if I need to, mainly because the hosts are so lovely.

The room was clean and tidy the bed was comfortable but the check in and out times were not convenient, I could hear the room next door talking even though they werent very loud and the host wasn't very welcoming and she just had to give a negative comment as I left because I was a little late leaving it was clear she wasn't enjoying her role which gave a poor atmosphere..there is nothing nearby except a Premier Inn, I wish I knew about it, would of been a better quality room and probably cheaper with more options. I wouldn't go again because of the host, location and for what it was, it was expensive and not private.

Nice place to stay . They have a great homey feeling. The room I have booked in certainly exceeded my expectations. Complete with cupboard and ensuite toilet and shower. Friendly and accommodating owners. Freshly brewed coffee and cooked breakfast. Plenty of parking space.
