Holly’s Barn

Holly's Barn suits couples wanting countryside peace without sacrificing easy access to Somerset's attractions. This converted barn is a one-bedroom property on a single storey, with a double bed, shower room, and an open-plan living space that combines kitchen, dining and sitting areas. Everything needed for self-catering is provided: a cooker with hob and microwave, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels, plus Wi-Fi and parking for two cars. A shared freezer and laundry facilities are also available.

The location works well for walkers—a public footpath runs alongside leading to Brent Knoll, a National Trust property with hill walks and views across the countryside. The Somerset coast lies three miles away. Glastonbury and Wells, with its cathedral and bishops palace, are within reach for a day out, as are Cheddar Caves and the shopping at Clark Village. Bristol and Bath are under an hour's drive. A pub and restaurant sit half a mile down the road, and shops a mile away. The barn adjoins the owner's home in rural surroundings, and there is no smoking throughout.
