Manor Farm Lodge

North Perrott is a conservation village straddling the Somerset and Dorset border, with countryside around and North Perrott Cricket Club nearby. Manor Farm Lodge is a Victorian gatehouse on the property, a two-bedroom, one-bathroom cottage that sleeps four people and welcomes one pet at no extra cost. The whole place is yours alone.

Downstairs there is a living room with a wood burner and bay windows, a dining room, and a kitchen with an electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. A utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer. The bathroom contains a bath with shower and a heated towel rail. Upstairs are two bedrooms: one with a double bed (4ft 6in) and one with two single beds (2ft 6in each). Electric storage heaters keep the place warm, and the essentials—bed linen, towels, electricity and wifi—are included in your stay.

Outside, an enclosed garden with patio and seating areas wraps around the lodge. There is parking on site for two cars. The main grounds are accessible to guests and include a shared tennis court (available April to October). Note that children under seven are not accommodated, and there is an unfenced pond in the grounds. Smoking is not permitted inside.
