The Dairy House

Dillington House and its parkland form the backdrop to The Dairy House, a restored stone cottage that sits within the estate's grounds. The property works as a self-contained base for a large group or extended family, with its own enclosed garden and private parking for five cars.
Seven bedrooms are split between the main house and a separate annexe a short walk away. The main cottage has four bedrooms on the first floor: a master with a sleigh bed and dressing area, and three others with zip-and-link beds that can be arranged as twins or doubles. Downstairs, an open-plan living space includes a wood burner in a stone fireplace, a dining area opening to the garden, and a second sitting room with a television. The kitchen has electric cooking, an American fridge and a microwave. The annexe contains three more bedrooms and its own bathroom facilities. Between them, the buildings have five bathrooms. Electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included, along with logs for the burner. A utility room with washing and tumble-drying equipment is available. The garden is lawned and enclosed, with a patio and furniture, though there is an unfenced pond within it. No smoking throughout. One pet is welcome. Guests arrive after 15:00 and depart by 10:00.
