Kilpatrick Farm House

Rural South Ayrshire countryside surrounds Kilpatrick Farm House, a working farm where the landscape opens up for immediate access to walking routes. A river runs close by, and fishing for salmon and trout can be arranged. The coast around Girvan is within reach, as are the golf courses near Turnberry and the book shops of Wigtown. The nearest shops and pub are 6 miles away.

The house sleeps seven across four bedrooms: a double with ensuite on the ground floor, a single bedroom, and two further doubles upstairs—one with an ensuite. Two bathrooms serve the property. The ground floor includes a living room with television and open fire, plus a sun room. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and laundry. Heating, electricity, bed linen and wifi are covered; initial fuel for the fire is included. An enclosed garden with seating areas and a portable barbecue provides outdoor space. There is parking for three cars on site and a bike store. One dog is welcome, though the working farm means it must remain on a lead. No smoking throughout.
