Pinclanty Cottage is built from stone on a family-run farm and sporting estate, commanding views over the upper Stinchar valley. The whole property is yours alone. Three bedrooms—a kingsize on the ground floor, a kingsize upstairs, and two singles—are served by two bathrooms. The layout works well for families or groups who need flexibility: that downstairs bedroom means not everyone has to tackle stairs, and a boot room provides space to shed muddy walking gear or dry off wet dogs.
The kitchen is properly equipped for self-catering, with an electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave and all the essentials. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included. Downstairs you'll find a living room with Freeview Smart TV and a woodburner for colder evenings, plus a dining room. Outside, there's an enclosed garden with a sitting area, BBQ and furniture, along with parking for four cars and a bike store. One dog stays free and must be kept on a lead—the farm has sheep. No smoking throughout.
From the door you can walk straight into countryside. Girvan town is twenty minutes away, offering shops, a leisure centre and boat trips to Ailsa Craig. The Ayrshire Coastal Path runs nearby with views across the Firth of Clyde to Arran. The area has castles to explore, connections to Robert Burns, and wildlife including red squirrels, otters and seals.
