Acer Lodge

Acer Lodge is a three-bedroom property where you arrive into an open-plan living space that connects kitchen, dining and sitting areas across one level. A double bedroom with ensuite shower comes off this main space, while two further twin bedrooms share a separate family bathroom fitted with both bath and walk-in shower. The layout means six guests can spread across the ground floor without stairs.

The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher and microwave. French doors lead from the dining area and kitchen to a verandah overlooking the marina, where you can watch boats and wildlife from garden furniture on the patio. An electric woodburner and Freeview TV are in the sitting area. Parking for two cars is on site. A travel cot and highchair are available, and essentials including bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are covered. No smoking is permitted.

One dog can stay at no extra charge. The marina and its boardwalk of shops and restaurants are on your doorstep, while the countryside around South Derbyshire is accessible by car or from the local transport connections nearby.
