Rosemary Lodge

Rosemary Lodge is a two-bedroom lodge sleeping four, set within Mercia Marina in South Derbyshire. Everything you need is included: electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are all covered. One dog can stay free of charge. The whole property is yours alone, with private parking for two cars and a large veranda with garden furniture outside.

The open-plan ground floor combines living, dining and kitchen space, with French doors opening onto the veranda. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking – electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave and slow cooker are all there, along with a coffee machine. Bedroom one has a kingsize bed with en-suite bath and shower; bedroom two has two single beds and a separate en-suite shower room. Both have heated towel rails and smart TVs. There is also a utility room with a washer-dryer. A welcome pack is provided, and travel cots and highchairs are available on request.

The Marina itself has cafes, restaurants, a deli and shops within a few minutes' walk, including the Boardwalk – a promenade of boutiques, a beauty salon and a two-storey bar and restaurant with views across the water. The Willow Tree Tea Room is also nearby. No smoking throughout the property.
