Boundary Cottage

Boundary Cottage is a two-bedroom cottage in the South Hams, sleeping four. The house has a ground floor arranged as one open space, with kitchen, dining and living areas flowing together, and a shower room with walk-in shower. Upstairs are two bedrooms: one with a king bed, one with bunks suited to children. A wood burner heats the property, and the essentials—electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi—are included.

The main bathroom is the standout feature. A cast-iron roll-top bath sits in front of a large sash window with views across fields, and a day bed offers a place to settle while children wash. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, and the living area centres on a fireplace. At the back, a gravel garden opens out with a table, chairs and barbecue, looking over the lawn towards hedgerows and pasture beyond.
