The Lodge is a two-bedroom property in South Hams, built to high environmental standards with triple glazing, solar panels and a timber frame. It sleeps four across a kingsize bed in one room and two singles in another, with one bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen downstairs. The property is yours alone, with private parking for two cars and a rear garden with seating and a barbecue.
Everything needed for self-catering is on hand: the kitchen has an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. A wood burner heats the open-plan living space, which opens onto the garden. Bed linen, towels, wifi and electricity are included in the booking. A welcome pack awaits arrival, along with local organic milk and Fair Trade basics to get you started. Stairgates are fitted top and bottom.
One dog is welcome. The property does not permit smoking. Mothecombe Gardens lies nearby, and there is a shared children's play area on the wider site. Check-in is after 16:00 and checkout before 10:00.
