Elm Retreat

South Devon's coastline and Dartmoor are both within reach of this part of South Hams, and Elm Retreat sits on a private 14-acre family estate that puts you close to beaches, woodland walks and the towns of Dartmouth and Salcombe. The cottage itself is detached and built from stone, with four bedrooms and three bathrooms spread across rooms with high vaulted ceilings and a wood burner for cooler evenings.

Eight guests can stay here, sleeping across the four bedrooms. The kitchen handles everyday cooking, and there's a garden terrace for eating outside. Wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. What makes the location special is access to the estate's facilities: an indoor pool, outdoor pool, hot tub, tennis court and children's play areas are all shared with other holiday properties on the grounds. Smoking is not permitted inside.
