Swallow Cottage

You arrive at Swallow Cottage to find an open-plan living space and two bedrooms sleeping four, with a patio facing the estate's playground. The cottage sits on a 14-acre private family-owned property near Kingsbridge, where guests can use indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a shared hot tub, tennis court and children's play areas. Bed linen, towels and wifi are provided, along with electricity.

The South Milton area puts you within reach of Dartmoor National Park, the beaches of South Devon, and the sailing towns of Dartmouth and Salcombe. No smoking inside the cottage. Check-in is after 4pm and checkout before 10am.
