Dartmouth's restaurants, shops and waterfront are all within five minutes on foot of Larkrise. Bayard's Cove Fort stands nearby, and the South Devon coastline offers beaches and coastal walks. The flat itself spreads across one level: a combined living and dining space with a 40-inch smart TV, a galley kitchen with electric oven and gas hob, two bedrooms (one double, one with twin singles and patio doors to a terrace), a bathroom with bath and shower, and a separate toilet.

The kitchen is equipped for cooking proper meals, with a dishwasher and microwave alongside the oven and hob. Bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are provided; heating runs on gas. A courtyard with garden furniture and one unreserved parking permit complete the setup. The flat takes four people and one dog. Smoking is not permitted inside.
