Auntie Betts is a self-contained one-bedroom property at Parkland, a rural site with views across open countryside towards Kingsbridge. A double bed (4ft 6in), Freeview TV in both the bedroom and living space, and garden furniture on the patio complete the setup. Parking for one car is on site.

Electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are all included. The cottage suits two people and is non-smoking. Kingsbridge town centre is under two miles away; Salcombe lies less than eight miles off. Both Bantham and South Milton Sands beaches are four miles distant. Totnes, with its market and independent shops, sits twelve miles away, and Dartmouth is fourteen miles. There is a pub within a mile of the property.
