South Wing

Families and larger groups will find South Wing works well as a self-contained base. The house sits on a working farm in South Hams, with the coast and villages of the area within reach. A single pet stays free, and there is parking for two cars on site.

Three bedrooms sleep six: a double with en-suite shower, a king, and a twin. The main bathroom has both bath and shower. Downstairs, the kitchen is properly equipped for cooking—Rayburn, electric oven, hob, microwave—and opens into a dining room. The sitting room has a wood-burner, sofas, and a smart TV. Essentials including electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are covered; you can buy fuel for the stove. A travel cot and highchairs are available, and a stairgate is fitted. There are 14 steps to the entrance and 10 steps within the garden, which has a patio and furniture. No smoking throughout.

The property dates to the 12th century and retains period features alongside modern comforts. Keynedon Mill and the surrounding countryside are nearby for exploring, with beaches and the local villages accessible by car.
