The Promenade Deck

The Promenade Deck is a duplex apartment across the water from Dartmouth, in the South Hams village of Kingswear. You climb 12 external steps to reach the first floor, where the living and dining space opens onto a balcony with views towards the River Dart. The kitchen has an electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge—enough to cook proper meals rather than just reheat. Two bedrooms on this level each have twin single beds and patio doors; downstairs, a shower room with cubicle and heated towel rail.

Upstairs, the third bedroom contains a kingsize bed and its own ensuite with a bath and shower. The property sleeps six and is yours alone. Bed linen, towels, wi-fi and electricity are included; heating is by smart electric system. On-road parking is available outside.

Kingswear centre is a ten-minute walk downhill from the apartment. You'll find a village shop, cafés, bistro and two pubs serving food, plus the quay where ferries and the steam railway depart. Sandy beaches and golf courses are nearby. The property does not permit smoking.
