Kingswear sits on the eastern bank of the River Dart, opposite Dartmouth, with the Dart Valley Ferry connecting the two towns within minutes. Upper Riverdene is a reverse-level apartment positioned to make the most of this location: the main living space occupies the first floor, where French doors open onto a balcony facing across the water. Below are two bedrooms and a shower room, accessed via 32 steps from street level.
The accommodation sleeps four, with a kingsize bed in one room and bunk beds in the other. The first-floor living area combines a kitchen with electric oven, induction hob and dishwasher, a dining space, and a sitting room with smart TV. Bed linen, towels and wi-fi are provided. Heating is electric. There is public car parking nearby at £8 per day, and on-street parking is also available.
The village has a shop, cafés and pubs within a short walk, and the ferry slip is minutes away. One dog is welcome. Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
