Riverdene

Kingswear sits on the right bank of the Dart, putting you within easy reach of Dartmouth across the water via the lower ferry, and positioned for exploring Brixham and the wider English Riviera to the south. A pub lies just over a mile away, and the beach is half a mile on foot. Riverdene itself is a two-bedroom place sleeping four, with one double and a bunk room suitable for children.

Downstairs is an open-plan kitchen and living space where you can cook proper meals—the kitchen has an oven, hob, dishwasher and microwave—and there's a wood burner for cooler evenings. A breakfast bar seats you at the kitchen's edge. Upstairs are the two bedrooms and a shower room. The front of the cottage has a bench where you can sit with coffee in the morning or wine in the evening, looking out over the river and marina. One dog can stay free. Electricity, wi-fi, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. No smoking inside.
