Walking in, you step straight into an open-plan living space where everything happens on a single level. Two bedrooms lead off—one with a zip-and-link super king (which splits into two singles if needed), the other with two single beds. The bathroom has a bath with shower over and a heated towel rail. A woodburner warms the living area through colder months, while the kitchen is fitted with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. There's a utility room with a washing machine, and an outbuilding houses a freezer. Wifi, electricity, bed linen, towels and logs are all provided.
The property stands alone within the owner's grounds near the Norfolk-Suffolk border, with an enclosed courtyard garden including patio, garden furniture and barbecue. Parking for two cars is on site. Quiet country lanes and footpaths begin at the door, leading towards Wacton Common and beyond. A half-mile away, Long Stratton village has a supermarket, pub, cafe, butcher and restaurants. The Suffolk coast is within reach for a day trip, while Wroxham on the Norfolk Broads suits anyone wanting to hire a boat. Norwich city centre is 30 minutes away by car. Smoking is not permitted.
