The barn conversion has three bedrooms (one king, one king, one with two singles), two bathrooms, and an open-plan ground floor combining living and dining areas with a fully equipped kitchen. Essentials like electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are covered. One well-behaved pet stays free.

The garden is enclosed with a sitting area next to the hot tub. The nearest town is Wymondham with its market, restaurants, indoor pool and leisure centre. Norwich's Norman castle, cathedral, museums and theatres are reachable in twenty minutes by car. The wider area offers walking and cycling through farmland, with Thetford Forest and High Lodge providing forest trails nearby. The village setting keeps things quiet while keeping you close to towns.
