One double bedroom and a shower room occupy this level, accessible without stairs. Upstairs are two further doubles, each with its own ensuite, plus a family bathroom. The property sleeps six across its three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

The Cottage sits within grounds shared with the owner, who maintains a working farm nearby. The immediate surroundings include a rear garden with patio and terrace, tucked beside a pond where guests can watch the ducks. Car parking for two is on site. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are all provided; the rest is down to you and your group. Smoking is not permitted inside.

South Norfolk offers immediate access to walking and cycling routes—the Boudicca Way connects Diss to Norwich, and parish walks branch directly from the door. Norwich's restaurants and attractions lie a short drive away. The property does include steps and unfenced water features in its grounds, so worth noting for anyone with young children or mobility considerations.
